Abstract: The purpose of this study was to conduct an audit of human resources, related to the Quality of Work Life Employee at PT . Lucas Djaja , analyzing the condition of the Quality of Work Life employees at PT . Lucas Djaja to be used as a base line / base company in determining the human resource management strategy , and proposes improvement of human resources management on the working conditions of quality of life of employees at PT . Lucas Djaja This research used descriptive research (descriptive research). Descriptive research (Descriptive research) is a study of the promblem in the form of facts at this time of a population. The purpose of descriftive research is to test the hypotesis or answer question related to the current status og the subject under study. Quality of Work Life employees are the subject of this study. Results of questionnaires to 74 employees showed that HR Audit conducted by researchers use the Quality of Work Life which results varied show that is still low level of commitment, motivation and reward system perceived by the employees is not adequate because it dominated the answers do not agree. Growth and development, participation, and work environment felt by employees is good enough, but in this case there are still some employees who are relatively smaller still feel dissatisfied. This can be remedied by doing approach to employees so that employees feel cared concerned about the management of the management of the company, are not indifferent to the image of the company, improve the quality of work, and keeping time or working hours has been set. For casual employees would be better if the cooperation with the outsourcing company in charge of maintenance of human resources managed by the outsourcing company. Provide a number of additional bonuses and incentives that draw on the work of employees were excellent and exceeded the planned targets, provide adequate health facilities, holiday allowance (THR), office allowances, attendance allowances, and benefits expertise.
