Abstract: Micro, small and medium enterprises (UKM) is the one important part of the economy of a country or the important thing of some region. The character of UKM has encouraged many countries including Indonesia to develop UKM. Although UKM is small in scale the number of employees, assets and turnover, but the numbers are quite large, it is quite an important role in supporting the economics of UKM. Development of UKM is supporting factors increase in a wide variety of business enterprises both categories of micro, small and medium enterprises, especially in the city other than the city known as the city of Kota Kembang also known fashion including clothes, bags and shoes, especially shoes Cibaduyut centers. The method used in this research is descriptive research methods and verification. To determine whether or not a partial correlation, tested using linear correlation. As for testing the relationship of research variables can simultaneously use multiple correlation. Where the authors to test the hypothesis using the t test for partial hypotheses and hypothesis testing for simultaneous f. From the research, we concluded that the market orientation and innovation have a significant effect of the performance of the company. In addition, the level of significance between market orientation and innovation on firm performance is 0.000 < α = 0.05, or Ho is rejected, which means that there is a significant effect simultaneously between market orientation and innovation on firm performance. Based on the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination, customer orientation on firm performance is 0.447 % and the rest is influenced by other factors, competitor orientation on the performance of the company is 0,244 are influenced by other factors, internal orientation / integration on the firm performance is 0.423, and the rest is influenced by other factors, and innovation on the performance of the company amounted to 0.236 % and the rest is influenced by other factors . From the calculation of the test statistic T can be seen ( t_hitung > t_tabel ) or t_hitung to variable customer orientation on firm performance = 5.03 is bigger than t_tabel = 1.661 , competitor orientation variables on the performance of companies = 2.58 is bigger than t_tabel = 1.661, variable internal orientation / integration on firm performance = 4.70 is bigger than t_tabel = 1.661, and innovation on firm performance variables = 2.49 is greater than t_tabel = 1.661, in which case it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted . Those the author proposed hypothesis : "The Effect of Market Orientation and Innovation Performance Company At Center Of Shoes and Bags Cibaduyut Bandung ", is acceptable.
