Abstract: PT. Granesia is one of the printing company that still exist among the strict business competition at Bandung city. On the process side, PT. Granesia is a company with human integration characteristic. For three years back, data indicates reduction on labor performance that is significant enough. Teorithicaly, compensation and position promotion has a huge efects on labor performace degree. This research purpose is to find out how compensation and position promotion efects labor performance at PT. Granesia with the amount of 96 labor by means of 61 labor sampel. Hypotesis testing is done by using multiple regresion analysis. Result of the hypotesis test indicates that compensation and position promotion has a positive and significant effect towards labor performance at PT. Granesia. Based on these results, this study recomends that leaders of PT. Granesia reviews its policies on compensation and position promotion that have beed applied
