Abstract: The research with the title “The Analyze of financial performance’s influence to Stock return on Telecomuication Companies which are go public at Bursa Efek Indonesia 2007-2012 Period” is based on information and technology that growth rapidly. Some telecommunication companies now more seriously to develop their business because they had seen an opportunity in conditions where number of people who depended on telecommunication technlogy are increasing. One of the ways that can be used by the company in order to fullfill their needs of capital for develop their business is the company's ownership stock offering to public (go public) through the capital market as the media. Investors saw few factors for invest in a company, one of the factors is financial performance that can be measured by financial ratios such as CR, DER, TAT, NPM, and PER, how the development of the stock return, and to analyze the influence of financial performance as measured by CR, DER, TAT, NPM, and PER. Datas in this research is company’s financial statement and stock prices data which will be processed to find the companies’s stock return. The datas were obtained from www.idx.co.id, www.finance.yahoo.com, www.sahamok.com, and ICMD. The number of samples in this research is 5 company. The analytical techniques used in this research were multiple linear regression to obtain the description of simultaneous relationship and the influence between the all independent variables and the dependent variabel, and simple linear regression to obtain a description of the partial relationship and the influence between each independent variables with the dependent variables. Results of the research showed that the go public telecommunication companies in the BEI during period 2007-2012 are as follows: the development of the stocks return’s value is highly fluctuating with the average value during the years 2007 to 2012 is 12,27%. The development of the CR value fluctuated greatly with the average value during the years 2007 to 2012 is 79,20%. The development of the DER value is fluctuated and the entire companies’s DER average value during 2007 to 2012 is 73,65%. The development companies’s TAT value wasn’t too volatile with an average value of TAT during 2007 to 2012 was 0,39X. The development of companies’s NPM value was fluctuated with the NPM’s average value is -30.53%. The sevelopment of companies’s PER value was highly with an average value 26, 89X. Results of the test showed that CR, DER, TAT, NPM, and PER weren’t have a significant relationship and didn’t have an influence with stock’s return both simultaneously and partially. Based on this research’s result, hopefully the companies as the emiter can evaluate and improve their financial performance, specially for financial factors which related with CR, DER, TAT, NPM, and PER. The Investors have to be more careful to see financial ratios factors which can be as the references, either CR, DER, TAT, NPM, and PER or another financial ratios and another non-financial performance factors like the macros economic, cultures, politic, and more another factors in order to make an investing decision,
