Abstract
IHSG is an index to show the overall development of the share price movement of listed companies on the stock market, which in this study refers to the Indonesia Stock Exchange ( BEI ) , as the official media in Indonesia stock transaction . With the IHSG , investors can assess the performance of the market related to the share price and volume of transactions on a daily basis . This study aimed to analyze the effect of interest rates , money supply , and world oil prices , either partially or simultaneously against IHSG 2010-2012 . Statistical tool used is correlation , coefficient of determination , regression , and hypothesis testing using the F-test ( simultaneously ) and the t-test ( partially ) , with a significance level ( α ) = 0.05 or 5 % . Based on statistical tests were conducted , showed that , interest rates , money supply , and world oil prices simultaneously having a positive effect and the relationship is very strong , with a coefficient of determination of 89 % , meaning that the contribution of the variable interest rate , the amount of money supply and world oil prices by 89 % to 11 % while the remaining IHSG is influenced by other factors . Based on the results of tests performed using the F - test statistic that interest rates , money supply and world oil prices have a significant effect on IHSG . While the partial test results ( t-test ) showed that interest rates have a relationship that is strong enough and has a contribution of 28% and have a significant negative effect on IHSG . The money supply has a very strong relationship and have a contribution of 78.7 % , and Oil prices have a strong relationship with a contribution of 46.8 % against IHSG . Partial money supply and world oil prices has a positive and significant effect on the Jakarta Composite Index (IHSG).
