Abstract: This research is “The influence of organizational culture on performance of employees of PT Nura Citra Utama Operational offices of Evakuas Cirebon”. The purpose of this research is to know the cultural organizations that apply in the Office of operations of PT Citra Utama Nura. To know the performance of the employee in the Office of operations of PT Citra Utama Nura. And to know the magnitude of the influence of organizational culture on performance of employees in the Office of operations of PT Citra Utama Nura. In this study the method used is descriptive method according to the Nazarite. A method of seeing and describing the circumstances of the company systematically, factual, and accurate by collecting data from companies and analysing which then draw conclusions and provide advice that could be beneficial to the company. Of research results, organizational culture can be said to be good because the average value of the whole question of the respondent's organizational culture is of 3,76. While the respondent's statement of the employee's performance can be said to be good because the average value of the entire question respondents on performance of employees is amounted to 3.70. From the results of research conducted can be seen of the correlation coefficient (rs) Rank Spearman shows relationship of organizational culture with the performance levels of employees in a relationship are of 0.516. and based on the coefficient of determination of the influence of organizational culture on performance of employees of 26,62%, While the rest of 73,38% changes that occur on the performance of the employees of the respondent was caused by other factors not measured in this study. In this study the authors suggested the employees should be given training and development as well as the job demands initiative of employees. Upon calculation, obtained the value t calculate of 4,179. The value gives the sense that thitung> ttabel and H0 is rejected and it can be concluded that there was significant influence between the organizational culture (X) against the performance of employees (Y). Thus the hypothesis that the author submitted that : “Organizational culture PT Nura Citra Utama Office Operations Evakuas Cirebon can affect the performance of the employee”
