Abstract: Welfare programs in any company is a very important part because welfare is something that is needed by the employee needs as motivators work. Employees are agents of the company a written plan to achieve the goal, and therefore companies need to maintain the quality of human resources. Employees will be prosperous if needs-both physical and spiritual needs are met. Based on these explanations, the authors are interested in doing research on the effect of the implementation of welfare programs on employee motivation at PT. Langen Kridha Pratyangga, Tbk. The purpose of research is to investigate the implementation of welfare programs and to determine the influence of the implementation of welfare programs on employee motivation in PT. Langen Kridha Pratyangga, Tbk. The method used in the study is descriptive, while the data taken from the field through observations, interviews and questionnaires. The results showed that the implementation of the employee benefits program in PT. Langen Kridha Pratyangga, Tbk include basic salaries, family allowances and post meal allowance and overtime pay, leave, benefits emotion highways, social security, credit facilities, religious facilities and sports activities. Whereas respondents with a mean value of 3.60, which means that effective because it is in the interval from 3.40 to 4.19. This suggests that the implementation of welfare programs implemented by PT. Langen Kridha Pratyangga, Tbk is considered satisfactory. Employee motivation at PT. Langen Kridha Pratyangga, Tbk gained an average overall score of 3.59, which means that high because it is in the interval from 3.40 to 4.19. This shows a good employee motivation. Based on the calculation of correlation test then there is a significant relationship between the welfare program of work motivation. That the coefficient of determination based welfare programs affect work motivation on PT. Langen Kridha Pratyangga, Tbk amounting to 40.96%. Accordance with the standards in Table 4.33 and the coefficient of determination is based on the calculation of 40.96% test also showed that there is a welfare program with the influence of work motivation. Hypothesis test results showed t table = 1.701 and 5.77 are in the rejection of Ho. This means that the hypothesis that the author asked in Chapter I that "if companies implement employee wellness programs with effective and efficient, it will increase employee motivation", is acceptable.
