Abstract: The research was compiled by Imaniar Cloudy Komala, NPM : 0209U295 , entitled "Effect of Leadership Styles on Employee Job Stress On University Administration Employees Widyatama" under the guidance of Mother Sri Wiludjeng SP, SE., MP An effective leader is able to apply the appropriate leadership style in the effectiveness of the company can help create a positive work for its employees. The existence of an appropriate leadership style to the situation and condition of the company, the employee will be more enthusiasm in carrying out their duties and obligations. In addition to having a positive impact, leadership style also has a negative impact one of which is job stress on employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership style that has been implemented by the University Widyatama, to determine the level of Employee Stress at University Widyatama and to determine the influence of Leadership Styles on Employee Stress Widyatama University. The method used in this research is descriptive method by collecting data through interviews, observations, and questionnaires. This study shows that the University leadership style leadership styles Widyatama is free/laissez faire (free rain), it is seen from the average value for free higher leadership style from those of autocratic leadership style, and democracy. Based on the calculation of Spearman rank correlation looks pretty strong correlation between the variables X (leadership style), with a variable Y (stress employee). Leadership style by the University Widyatama can be good and the employee's stress can be said to be low Widyatama University. Suggestions in this study extend from respondents regarding leadership style, leaders should pay attention better performing employees so that employees feel cared for by a leader in executing his job. Which in turn can reduce the stress of work employees.
