Abstract: To have the potential workforce Company may pursue an activity such as by holding Workforce Training, which has been following the training at least will experience a change in him towards better so it can improve its achievement. Whether it changes attitudes, behaviors, skills or knowledge. Another advantage of the Workforce Training are the quality standards required had the attitude, behavior, skills and knowledge in accordance with the changing demands. "Training (training) is a short-term education process that uses systematic and organized procedure where non-managerial employees study the knowledge and technical skills are limited". Implementation of the training program needs to be done in a planned and sustainable and should be aimed at improving knowledge, attitudes and skills both new employees and old employees, so that employees work performance as a whole can be improved. From the description above authors propose the following hypothesis: "If the Employee Training implemented properly it will increase his achievement". In this research, the writer uses descriptive method, the distribution of questionnaires to 30, with probability sampling, Spearman's correlation analysis, the coefficient of determination. RESULTS: Respondents' Responses To Increased Work Performance Training Employees On PT. ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL Sangkuriang can be said, and said GOOD, because the average value of the entire statement is at 3.71 which is in the interval from 3.40 to 4.19. Respondents Employee Job Performance At PT. ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL Sangkuriang can be said, and said GOOD, because the average value of the entire statement is at 3.50 which is in the interval from 3.40 to 4.19. Results Hypothesis Hi Ho rejected and accepted. Thus the author proposed that hypothesis, namely: "Training To Increase Employee Job Performance At PT. Sangkuriang INTERNATIONAL ", can diterima.Saran for this research is necessary to quantity and quality of the work can be completed in accordance with the standard employee perusahaan.Perlu the training of employees in the execution senatiasa honestly do everyday tasks to get the job done right karyawn completed waktu.Perlu the purpose of the training is followed to improve the skills, capabilities of employees in the company.
