Abstract: This research is made by Rudiansyah, NRP 02.03.440 whish the title is “Effect of Compensation to Staff 's Motivation of Work at PT. Yakult office branch Tasikmalaya”, under the guidance of Mrs. Sri Wiludjeng, S.P., S.E., M.P. Staffs is the most important part of a company, because the ups and downs of a company is depend on them. Their spirits and desires of work could affect the increase or the decrease of a company. Because of that reason, to increase their spirit and desire of work company should motivated them to work better. One of effort to increase staff 's motivation work is to run the compensation program. This research is based on the important of compensation program for staff 's motivation of work. Compensation was built for the increasing of staff ' team work, motivate them to give their best, discipline them, stabilize them. The purpose of this research is to get to know how far the cause of compensation program to staff 's motivation of work at PT. Yakult office branch Tasikmalaya. This research is used the descriptive method, but in the hypothesis testing we used the Rank Spearman corelation statistic analysis method, coefficient corelation analysis, and determination coefficient. Through statistic analysis, which is used the determination coefficient, we get the data that the cause of compensation program to staff ' motivation of work is 29.16% , and 70.84% is the effect of another factor with the rate of closeness relation among both variables is 0.54% , which means that between the compensation variable and motivation work variable had the quite strong/high effect. In generally we conclude that the implication of compensation program on PT. Yakult office branc Tasikmalaya is correct, and staff 's motivation of work is already strong, but there is still a little problem that the achievement of work is lack of respect. So chapter I hypothesis is “Implication of compensation had the positive effect for staff 's motivation of work”.
