Title: PERANCANGAN SISITEM PENILAIAN DAN SELEKSI SUPPLIER DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE AHP DAN TRAFFICT LIGHT SYSTEM

Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi supplier baling-baling (blade) dengan VPI yang sesuai dengan requirement perusahaan menggunakan metode AHP dan Traffict Light System.Identifikasi kriteria berdasarkan Vendor Performance Indicator (VPI) yang berkerangka dasar Quality, Cost Delivery, Flexibility, Responsiveness (QCDFR). Rancangan sistem evaluasi supplier menghasilkan 14 VPI yang dipentingkan dimana pada kriteria Quality sebanyak tiga VPI, Cost sebanyak dua VPI, Delivery sebanyak tiga VPI, Flexibility tiga VPI dan Responsiveness sebanyak tiga VPI. Proses pembobotan didapat dari hasil brainstorming dengan pihak manajemen, menggunakan pendekatan AHP. Bobot tertinggi adalah kriteria Quality. Hasil dari pengukuran menunjukkan kinerja supplier PT. X paling tinggi, disusul oleh PT. Y dan PT. Z. Berdasarkan analisis traffic light system, VPI yang terkait dengan Responsiveness dan Flexibilitas perlu ditingkatkan pada ketiga supplier karena kinerja masih rendah. Hasil evaluasi supplier dapat digunakan perusahaan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam menetapkan kebijakan pengadaan material baling-baling dari masing-masing supplier pada periode berikutnya.
Description: The purpose of this research is supplier evaluation propeller (blade) by VPI matching with requirement company by using AHP and Traffict Light System method. Criteria identification are based on the Vendor Performance Indicator (VPI) with basic framework of Quality Cost Delivery Flexibility Responsiveness (QCDFR). Supplier's evaluation system program yielded 14 emphasized VPI where in Quality criterion yielded 3 VPI, Cost of 2 VPI, Delivery of 3 VPI, Flexibility of 3 VPI and Responsiveness of 3 VPI. Weighting process gained from brainstorming results with the management, by using AHP approach processed. The highest weight is the Quality criterion. The measurement results showed that the working efficiency of PT. X supplier has been the highest, followed by PT. Y and PT. Z, respectively. Based on traffic light system, VPI related with Responsiveness and Flexibility needed to be increased on all three suppliers since their working efficiency was still low. Supplier evaluation results can be used by the company as its judgment material in establishing the policies for Blade material procurement from each supplier in the next period.
